Infusion Tooling

Process requirements
​ Molds for the infusion process must be vacuum tight to avoid air leakage create porosity and voids in molded parts. Print-Tech® tooling is vacuum tight, high accuracy, short lead time tooling. Unlike other 3D printed tooling Print-Tech® laminates provide the high vacuum tightness required for high quality resin infusion process at room temperature and elevated temperatures. Processing temperatures and resin systems are accommodated by our extensive range of Dahltram® tooling resins.​
